Job Description
- Welcome visitors and provide them with information about our services.
- Greeting and directing visitors: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering and directing calls: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Data entry: Enter and update customer or visitor information regularly.
- Customer service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Convince the customer about our company, services, and products.
- Manage inquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Prepare the required official document print, scanning, email, and filling.
