Job Description
  • Welcome visitors and provide them with information about our services.
  • Greeting and directing visitors: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering and directing calls: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Data entry: Enter and update customer or visitor information regularly.
  • Customer service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Convince the customer about our company, services, and products.
  • Manage inquiries via email and other communication channels.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare the required official document print, scanning, email, and filling.

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional.
