Job Description
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing the doctor's schedule, including patient appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and preparing reports.
- Patient Communication: Responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
- Confidential Information: Maintaining the confidentiality of patient and practice information.
- Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements for the doctor, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Office Management: Ensuring the office is well-stocked with supplies, maintaining a professional environment, and managing inventory.
- Financial Management: Managing billing, insurance, and other financial tasks.
Job Specification
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3/4 years of experience as Executive Assistant for CEO, Director, Chairman etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health Management, or related field is preferred
