Job Description
Under the direct supervision and overall guidance of Project Manager- SIKAI, this position will engage in partners management, financial matters and managing beneficiaries in implementing the Inclusive Education project in Baglung funded by HEMPEL foundation.
Job Specification
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or social science and having strong knowledge and experience in education projects.
- At least 5 years of work experience in project implementation, particularly working with women, children, and youth in diverse and vulnerable communities.
- Technical insights on Managing education programs.
- Insights on program management and advisory support.
- Networking for collaboration and partnership
- Good level of computer skills (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Internet).
- Able to travel in different parts of project areas in the country and spend time away from work-base location.
- Commitment to VSO’s mission, values, People First principles, and core approaches (Social Inclusion and Gender, Social Accountability, and Resilience).
Desirable:
- Experience in advocacy and research work.
- Experience in media and/or social media campaigns.
