- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and adherence to treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in any field or healthcare administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
