Position: Online Sales Executivei (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Respond to e-commerce customer service issues in a timely & friendly manner.
• Manage pre and post purchase enquiries via email, phone calls, whatsapp and social media platforms for all brands within our portfolio 
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders. 
• Processing of ecommerce orders - Project, plan, and execute given sales targets 
• Familiar with the e-commerce landscape in Nepal 
• Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms
