Position: Finance Manager (Premium Job)

Recording Financial Transactions: This involves accurately documenting all financial activities such as purchases, sales, payments, and receipts. It includes maintaining records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Monitoring Accounts: Keeping an eye on accounts to ensure payments are made on time and following up on any overdue payments to minimize outstanding debts.

Bank Transactions: Tracking all bank deposits and payments made by the company and reconciling these transactions with the bank statements to ensure accuracy.

Issuing Cheques: Preparing and issuing cheques for payments that are due, ensuring they are issued on time to avoid late payments.

Tax and Compliance Work: This involves tasks such as preparing and filing Value Added Tax (VAT), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Excise related documents to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Payroll and Expenses: Calculating and processing employee payroll, travel and daily allowance (TADA), and other employee expenses accurately and in a timely manner.

Assisting in Audits: Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required.

Financial Reporting: Assisting the finance head in preparing various financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
