Job Description

Zero B, a flagship brand of Ion Exchange (India) Ltd., is a pioneer in water purification solutions, offering advanced technology for safe and healthy drinking water. With a robust presence across India and growing footprint internationally, Zero B Nepal is set to expand aggressively under the leadership of UHS Holdings as its exclusive distributor and partner.

The Business Head Zero B (Nepal) is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and growth of the brand in the Nepal market. This senior-level leader will drive business strategy, expand market presence, build strong sales and distribution channels, and manage P&L ensuring Zero B becomes a leading name in the Nepali water purification industry.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall business strategy for Zero B in Nepal.
  • Define growth roadmap for B2B and B2C segments including GT, retail, projects, and institutional sales.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable annual and quarterly business targets, and lead the team to exceed them.

Sales & Business Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team across Nepal covering GT, retail outlets, key account clients, and direct projects.
  • Identify and develop new markets, sales territories, and channel partners.
  • Lead large-scale B2B negotiations and forge partnerships with developers, hospitality groups, and government institutions.

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Collaborate with UHS Holdings' central marketing team to design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and develop localized strategies to build strong consumer recall.
  • Lead product awareness, activations, and promotions across digital and offline channels.

Operations & Supply Chain

  • Oversee logistics, inventory planning, and service operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration with local distributors and service partners.

Financial Oversight & P&L Responsibility

  • Take full accountability for the brand’s financial performance in Nepal.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Optimize costs, improve margins, and drive profitability across all sales verticals.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure business complies with all applicable local laws, import regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Represent Zero B in industry forums and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities and institutions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain a dynamic team of professionals across sales, service, and operations.
  • Build a culture of ownership, performance, and innovation.
  • Conduct regular training to upskill the team in product knowledge and market dynamics.

  • Annual revenue and profit targets

Job Specification
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or general management
  • Experience in water purification, home appliances, or consumer durable industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Nepalese market and consumer behavior
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and team performance
