Job Description
The Marketing and Business Development Manager at UHS Holdings plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the group’s portfolio of 8 distinct brands across GT Sales, Retail and Store Operations, and Project Channels. This role is responsible for maximizing brand visibility, increasing qualified leads, reducing marketing costs, and driving overall business growth through strategic initiatives and effective brand positioning.
The position requires cross-functional collaboration with brand heads, project managers, and the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance the market footprint of UHS Holdings.
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all UHS brands across all business segments (GT sales, retail, and projects).
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs tied to business development goals and lead generation.
- Design cost-efficient marketing campaigns focusing on ROI and measurable impact.
Brand Management and Positioning
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms and channels for all 8 brands.
- Collaborate with brand heads to develop tailored marketing initiatives that support each brand’s unique identity and goals.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine marketing efforts.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify new business opportunities, client segments, and partnerships to increase market penetration.
- Oversee the development and execution of B2B and B2C lead generation campaigns.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead conversion and performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and brand heads, sales teams, and project divisions.
- Work closely with the sales team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign messaging, objectives, and follow-ups.
Digital & Offline Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage offline marketing initiatives such as events, exhibitions, print materials, and in-store promotions.
- Leverage analytics to assess performance and guide strategic decisions.
Budget Management & Cost Optimization
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Negotiate with vendors and agencies to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Implement marketing automation and tech solutions to reduce manual workload and costs.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market and customer research to inform strategies and identify gaps or growth opportunities.
- Maintain a database of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to adapt and improve marketing tactics and value propositions.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and lead generation campaigns.
- Present regular updates and performance dashboards to senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Specification
- Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant position.
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and generating business leads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
- Experience working with multiple brands or in a group company structure
- Proficient in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
