Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals
Present and promote company services (software, tech solutions, etc.) to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
Coordinate and attend client meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups
Represent the company in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
Provide input on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications

Job Specification

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in tech, B2B services, or solution-based industries
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Basic knowledge of marketing principles (branding, promotions, customer outreach)
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle is preferred
