Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives on closing deals, achieving targets, and creating value for clients.
You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. If you are passionate about sales, communication, and performance-based success, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and leads through online channels, cold calls, and networking.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing international clients, ensuring high satisfaction and timely responses.
- Follow up consistently with clients via calls, texts, and emails to close deals and meet targets.
- Use marketing tools and platforms, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, social media, and Canva, to support sales campaigns and client communications.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate solutions and progress to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track and analyze sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to provide insights for strategy improvement.
- Be responsive, proactive, and available in addressing client needs to maintain trust and long-term partnerships.
- Continuously improve sales approaches through feedback, training, and staying updated on international market trends and tools.
Job Specification
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales, tele-sales, or client handling (freshers with strong skills may apply with training).
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), marketing platforms, social media tools, and Canva.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for professional communication with international clients.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with clients, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Team player with a positive attitude, adaptable, and ready to learn and improve daily.
- Target-driven with strong deal-closing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Must be available during office hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and flexible to address international clients’ needs when required.
- Commitment to follow company rules and maintain professional conduct.
- Highly motivated, confident, and capable of working both independently and with a team.
- Candidates will undergo a 7-day trial period before confirmation of joining.
- 1-year commitment.
