Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives on closing deals, achieving targets, and creating value for clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and maximize outreach.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong communication and negotiation techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Close sales deals efficiently and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Analyze market potential and prepare regular sales performance and status reports.
- Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends to the management team.
- Stay up to date with best practices, trends, and tools in sales and marketing.
- Respond positively to feedback and training opportunities to continuously improve performance.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, and an ability to build productive professional relationships.
- Ability to create marketing strategies and sales plans independently.
- Strong deal-closing skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with effective time management.
- Commitment to a minimum 1-year tenure.
- Highly motivated, confident, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- 7-day trial period applicable upon joining.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: NPR 20,000+
- Incentives + Bonuses based on monthly target achievements (must hit basic targets to qualify)
