Job Description
- Arranging appointments meet the doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams
- Building and maintaining positive relationship with medical Doctors and supporting administrative staff for Institutional sales
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts
- Provide product information and deliver product samples with scientific information of the detailed product
- Build positive trust with targeted groups in the decision making process
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitor’s activities
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as DCR weekly work plans, and monthly target and annual territory analyses
Job Specification
- Proven work experience as a medical Rep or inPharma sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be outgoing, persuasive and the ability to deal with professionals
- Confidence and persistence, patience and self-motivation, analytical and planning skills is mandate
- Strong teamwork and networking skills
- Huge plus point if experienced in either hepatalogy, oncology, cardiology, Neurology, Pediatric etc.
- Must be able to work during odd hours
