Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Door-to-Door Sales Representative to reach out to riders and drivers of ride-sharing platforms such as Pathao, InDrive, and others. The main objective is to educate and convince them to register for our rider protection and support services that cover accidents, legal support, emergencies, and future mishaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit high-traffic rider hotspots (bike stands, parking areas, fuel stations, tea points, etc.)
- Approach Pathao, InDrive, and other app riders professionally and confidently.
- Present the benefits of our Rider Protection Program including accident support, legal guidance, insurance coverage, and more.
- Convince riders to register on the spot by clearly explaining the risks and how the service helps safeguard their profession.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and sign-up materials.
- Accurately collect and record rider details for registration.
- Meet daily and weekly rider sign-up targets.
- Provide basic after-sales support and assistance for follow-up queries.
- Maintain daily activity logs and submit field reports to the supervisor.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Minimum of +2 (intermediate) or equivalent education preferred.
- Prior experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, or direct customer interaction is a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of ride-sharing platforms (Pathao, InDrive, etc.).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Must be comfortable traveling extensively within assigned areas.
- Smartphone familiarity (for form-filling, registration, or app-based work).
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
