Job Description
Surjan Manpower Supplier is seeking courteous and energetic Waiters to provide excellent customer service in hotels, banquets, resorts or catering settings. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive dining experience by efficiently serving food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Ensure proper presentation of food and drinks according to company standards.
- Attend to customer needs and provide recommendations when requested.
- Handle payments and maintain billing accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Job Specification
- Prior experience as a waiter or in customer service preferred but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
