Tiffin Batta is seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef specializing in Nepali and Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Nepali and Indian dishes
  • Plan daily menus and ensure timely food preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage
  • Supervise kitchen helpers and coordinate effectively with the team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Nepali and Indian cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and able to work extended hours when required

Duty Schedule:

  • Working Days: Sunday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Overtime: As required based on operational needs
