Tiffin Batta is seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef specializing in Nepali and Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Nepali and Indian dishes
Plan daily menus and ensure timely food preparation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation
Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage
Supervise kitchen helpers and coordinate effectively with the team
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Specification
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Nepali and Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and teamwork skills
Physically fit and able to work extended hours when required
Duty Schedule:
Working Days: Sunday to Friday
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: As required based on operational needs
