Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer service and retention.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the department.
- Collect and analyze trends in pricing and customer requests for special services in different business zones.
- Prepare agreements adhering to the company's terms and conditions and follow up on customer contracts and payments.
- Design solutions that align with customer’s business requirements in collaboration with internal sales and sales support departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities within their firms.
- Analyze customers' needs and recommend feasible solutions that optimize value and resources for both the customer and the company.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in ISP Sector.
