Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic UK Education Counselor with at least 1 year of experience in guiding students who aspire to study in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate advice, assisting with applications, and ensuring a smooth admissions process for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding UK universities, programs, admission requirements, and career paths.
Handle student queries related to course selection, application processes, visa requirements, and accommodation.
Assist students with application forms, SOPs, LORs, and visa documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK education policies and visa rules.
Follow up with students at every stage of the admission process.
Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely updates.
Maintain records of student data, queries, and outcomes.
Attend educational fairs, seminars, and webinars as needed.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Counseling, or related field).
Minimum 1 year of experience counseling students for UK education.
Familiarity with UK universities, admission procedures, and visa regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of UCAS and direct university applications.
Experience in working with agents and partner institutions.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Female Candidates Preferred.
