Position: Legal Head (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments and senior management on various legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the organization's interests and minimize legal exposure.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact the organization's operations.
• Assess legal risks associated with business initiatives and provide strategic advice to mitigate risks while achieving business objectives.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed to manage litigation, regulatory inquiries, and other legal proceedings.
• Develop and deliver legal training programs to educate employees on relevant legal issues and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Job Specification

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and other relevant legal areas.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience working in-house at a corporation or providing legal counsel to corporate clients is preferred.
