Job Description
- Support the ticketing team in processing ticket sales, including booking, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing and reservations via phone, email, or in person.
- Accurately enter and update customer and ticketing information into the reservation system.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to ticketing, such as travel itineraries, receipts, and reports.
- Assist in monitoring and updating ticketing system interfaces to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.
- Assist in handling and resolving ticketing issues, including refunds and exchanges, in accordance with company policies.
Note: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Job Specification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of reservation systems or willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours; 24/7 availability is a plus
