Job Description
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the guests' satisfaction
  • Overseeing all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other services
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient operations and adherence to brand standards
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads and staff members
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff to maintain high-quality service
  • Encourage teamwork and foster a positive work environment
  • Assist in creating and monitoring budgets for various departments
  • Work to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Monitor the physical condition of the property and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and effectively
