Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations of the room division department, including front desk, housekeeping and guest services.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to room division staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest service.
- Monitor and maintain room inventory and availability
- Train and mentor room division staff on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist with guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with brand standards.
- Monitoring expenses and revenue performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and improve department performance.
