Job Description
- Monitor employee attendance on attendance system and report the discrepancies to the Head of the department
- Prepare Corporate Office staff Attendance for salary preparation.
- Maintain leave record and ensure to be leaves are updated in leave card and HRMS.
- Assist in SSF Management & M&A Insurance of Corporate Office Staff (Registration, termination, Claim)
- Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files of Corporate Office team
- Responsible for the on the job orientation for new hires.
- Maintain and update record in HRMS
- Answer internal and external calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to concerns or queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare purchase requisition for the items required by the department
