Job Description
- Inputting and processing financial data such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assisting with payroll processing and recording employee expenses
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing documents in an organized manner
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting financials for the hotel
- Generating financial reports and statements for management review
- Assisting in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff to resolve financial issues
- Participating in financial meetings and providing support to the finance team as needed
