Job Description
- Handling basic office affairs like receiving/submission of documents to and from various financial, government and private sectors.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Involve in operational audit of different branches of hotels (inside and outside Kathmandu valley). Report to supervisor and manager.
- Involve in purchase stationery & office materials and maintain stock.
- Deliver and collect stock in various department & branches.
- Involve in direct marketing activities: marketing material distribution, poster sticking, printing marketing material and also engage in marketing promotional activities.
- Involve in account department like; bank deposit, withdrawn, bank statement acquire and other.
- Collect detail, information and quotation from different vendors and suppliers.
- Bills drop and payment collection.
- Able to involve various utilities payment & collection activities. Like; electricity, water, telephone etc
- Engage in showing and viewing of properties.
- Involve in business related research activities.
Job Specification
- Should have good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of office operation.
- Competency in MS Office, databases.
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
- Should be able to perform multi-tasks.
- Able to use computers, internet and basic software with ease.
- Willing to travel.
