Job Description
- Field service engineers will be responsible to respond customer service calls and perform on-site/off-site repairs.
- They will conduct Install new equipment by establishing, calibrating, testing performance, troubleshooting, Replacement & provide technical support services.
- His/her responsibilities will also include maintaining service/ Prepare Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports.
- Deal with technical queries from hospitals and doctors and give advice on new and existing equipment
- Performing Preventive maintenance, AMC & CMC contracts etc.
Job Specification
- Bachelors in Electronic and Communication/ Diploma in Electronic and communication or Diploma Bio med equipment Technician
- Bachelors in Biomedical engineer & B.E in Electrical
- 1 - 2 year Experience in related field are highly preferred
- Communication Negotiation Analytical
- General Microsoft Office Package
- Preferable experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices /Biomedical engineer
