Job Description
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales or job orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth customer service operations. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales and collection targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend and respond to all inquiries generated through social media platforms, website, phone calls, and walk-in customers.
Maintain and update proper records and database of all inquiries and customer interactions.
Possess thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and procedures.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales or job orders.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing, packing, delivery, and ensure error-free transactions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth project initiation and execution.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers through calls, messages, and emails.
Send regular product updates, promotional messages, and service information to customers.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or related field.
Age Requirement:
Up to 25 years preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of customer handling and sales conversion techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email communication).
Ability to manage data and maintain records accurately.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Professional attitude and presentable personality.
