Job Description
Scodus Innovations is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create modern interfaces, conduct user research, and bring concepts to life through wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user-friendly UI/UX for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mockups.
- Support user research activities, gather insights, and translate findings into design improvements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, brand guidelines, and UI components.
- Work on graphic design tasks such as banners, social media creatives, icons, and illustrations as needed.
- Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Specification
- 1–1.5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or digital product design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (bonus but not mandatory).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design works.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with prototyping tools and animations (e.g., Figma Smart Animate, After Effects).
- Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
- Creative problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
