Job Description
- Actively identify and approach potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends
- Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing and after-sales support
- Visit clients and conduct product demonstrations as needed
Job Specification
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (at least 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Familiar with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings
