Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Tech Support Representative for our CCTV, Pabx, Access Control, Biometric attendances etc services. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting providing technical support, product explanation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of hardware maintenance, software configuration, and basic networking/server systems
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, including details of actions taken.
  • Install CCTV, PABX, Biometric attendances etc
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to communicate technical problems clearly to non-technical users
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond professionally and calmly under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
