Job Description
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, process and best practices.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversees other service efficiency.
- Help the organization processes remain legally compliant.
- Handling customer complaint and improving quality of customer service.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production plans.
Job Specification
- Academic qualification: Bachelor/ Master completed in related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 year experience in related field.
- Proven work experience as an operation manager or similar role is preferable.
