Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records, voucher entries, and ledger updates
- Prepare bills, vouchers, reports, and official documents using Nepali typing
- Operate accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Assist in preparing VAT, TDS, tax filings, and monthly/annual financial reports
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to management
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related role
- Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Nepali typing skills (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other related accounting software
- Good knowledge of accounting systems and financial procedures
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Salary & Benefits:
- NPR 20,000 – 25,000 (based on experience and skills)
- Social Security Fund (SSF) and other benefits as per company policy
Preference:
- Candidates with prior experience in accounting systems
