Job Description
- Develop and update software and database system required for the TBSU.
- Administration of all existing applications used by the project offices.
- Maintaining security of the data and application with proper back up mechanism.
- Provide support and transfer know how of operation and administration of these application to partner organizations (LBS/DoLIDAR,DDCs/DTOs and Regional Partners).
- Ensuring that DoLIDAR, all the DDCs and the regional partners are able to manage and facilitate the MIS related activities independently.
Job Specification
- Good understanding of IT policy and system of the GON.
- Proven experiences on designing and development of system programs, softwares, applications, various computer graphics, animations and web pages
- Proven competencies in data management, documentation, analysis, reporting and presentation.
- Good experience on capacity development of the partner organizations.
- Good understanding of Conflict Sensitive Program Management.
- Readiness to conduct field visits.
- Good verbal and written communication in Nepali and English.
- Result oriented.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Able to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
- Good facilitation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multi-cultural team.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
