Job Description
The Client Support Officer (B2B) is responsible for delivering high-quality support to Route2Uni International Group’s B2B partners, including channel partners, recruitment agencies, and institutional collaborators. This role ensures effective communication, timely resolution of partner queries, and consistent service excellence across all B2B operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Partner & Client Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients and channel partners.
- Respond promptly and professionally to partner inquiries via email, phone, CRM systems, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding partner agreements, processes, intake timelines, and operational updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner issues and escalate complex matters to relevant internal teams when required.
B2B Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with admissions, compliance, marketing, and partner management teams to resolve partner queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records and communication logs.
- Assist in implementing, monitoring, and improving B2B workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and institutional clients.
- Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with company standards and partner expectations.
- Collect partner feedback and share insights with management to improve processes and service quality.
- Support partner retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications or training in customer service or operations will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in client support, customer service, or B2B operations.
- Prior experience in education consultancy, international education, or the recruitment sector is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or partner portals is an advantage.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
