Job Description

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
Handle daily bookkeeping, data entry, and voucher preparation.
Support in accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and update financial reports in Excel.
Assist in payroll, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with the finance team for timely completion of accounting tasks.
Ensure compliance with organizational accounting policies.

Job Specification

Education:

BBS/BBA running (preferably with an accounting/finance specialization).

Experience:

Freshers can apply; 1 year of relevant experience is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reporting, and data handling).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

Punctual and reliable with working hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
Honest, committed, and willing to learn.
