Job Description
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Ensure all customer complaints receipts are informed to the service coordinator for registration
  • Manage all repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Ensure timely completion of work on the machine.
  • Ensure preparation of service report, commissioning report, warranty reports and parts indent form with customer dully sign.
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Handover complete reports to the service coordinator.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer.
  •     Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
  •     Good communication and customer service skills
