Job Description
- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Ensure all customer complaints receipts are informed to the service coordinator for registration
- Manage all repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Ensure timely completion of work on the machine.
- Ensure preparation of service report, commissioning report, warranty reports and parts indent form with customer dully sign.
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Handover complete reports to the service coordinator.
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer.
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
