Position: IT Officer (Recent Job)

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Define and improve all system and network operations processes
Look after website development and perform SEO on the daily basis
Plan and execute Social Media, Google, and other digital marketing
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
Design, develop and finalize digital marketing contents like banner, flyer, brochure, poster, video etc.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
