Job Description
- Follow-up with Customer.
- Record Machine Status and Maintenance information.
- Assist Service Engineer about Machine details.
- Keep record and keep filing of the data of Machine.-Interact with Service Advisor.
- Support and Participate in case of event or meeting within outside valley as per company required.
- Track Servicing of Machine.
- Deal with Machine Operator.
- Keep Call Log-Sheet ( As per Company Format Provided).
- Answer calls, messages, or social media posts by customers as quickly as possible.
