Job Description
  • Having strong knowledge on ATL, BTL and TTL
  • Monitor, measure and manage brand equity/strength
  • Increase brand awareness through relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of new brand concepts.
  • Develop brand plan, monitor progress and be responsible for results
  • Campaign/drive initiatives that support delivery of the brand promise
  • Manage the brand architecture and maintain consistent brand identity
Job Specification
  • Master’s Degree with specialization in Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Company
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.) 
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Must have a good understanding of their audience and customers
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience on consumer and market insights and an understanding of market
