Job Description
- Having strong knowledge on ATL, BTL and TTL
- Monitor, measure and manage brand equity/strength
- Increase brand awareness through relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection
- Overseeing the design and implementation of new brand concepts.
- Develop brand plan, monitor progress and be responsible for results
- Campaign/drive initiatives that support delivery of the brand promise
- Manage the brand architecture and maintain consistent brand identity
Job Specification
- Master’s Degree with specialization in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Company
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Must have a good understanding of their audience and customers
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience on consumer and market insights and an understanding of market
