- Act as back-up to your line manager in performing all Academic operations duties of MBA and BHM program
- Provide support to Operations manager (Coordinators) as and when required
- Support the Coordinators in managing and resolving academic operational issues
- Store, file and retrieve documents and reports as and when needed
- Overall Examination planning, execution, monitoring & reporting to the line manager
- Perform general office and clerical duties
- Assisting and coordinating regarding academic meetings and events
- Required to do their job under the close supervision of Line Manager (Coordinator)
- Run the classes smoothly especially MBA morning classes
- Prepare the fortnightly schedules & publish them after getting verified by Coordinator- MBA
- Collecting question papers from faculties for different internal examinations and having the printouts or copies ready at least 4 days prior to the exam date
- Assist the examination preparation done prior to the exam dates
