Waiter & Supervisor

Cosme Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join its team for the positions of Waiter and Restaurant Supervisor. Selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining restaurant standards, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly, assist with seating, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Present menus, explain food items, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure efficient service and smooth daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to restaurant service standards.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and restaurant supplies.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a positive working environment and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills, particularly for the Supervisor position.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities during busy hours.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
