Job Description
- Promote and sell medical, laboratory, and analytical products and equipment to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, Pharma, Hospitals and Government institutions & labs.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and goals.
- Regularly travel outside Kathmandu as required for sales visits and client meetings.
Job Specification
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry or Biology.
- At least 2 years of experience in Medical/Laboratory/Analytical Sales is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Nepali.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication, etc.).
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Must be flexible to travel outside Kathmandu frequently.
