Position: Warehouse Incharge (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Oversee the entire warehousing operations of the Company.
• Ensure the safe receipt and storage of the inventory items in the Company’s Warehouse facilities as per the product’s requirement and Company guidelines.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as instructed by Company Management.
• Monitoring inventory levels at all times and ensure re-ordering is done in a timely manner.
• Communicating and coordinating with the Sales Team and ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner as per Company guidelines.
• Communicating and coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team as and when required to update any records necessary.
• Communicating with the Company Management any issues that come up in the Warehousing function and provide solutions to resolve the issues.
• Keepingstock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements as per product requirement.
• Ensure the work environment is safe, clean and secure at all times.
• Oversee the planned maintenance of the Company’s vehicles, machinery and equipment’s.
• Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business.

Job Specification

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing warehouse.
• Past experience letter from previous company/job.
• Experience in handling products and familiarity with its operations will be given preference.
• Preference will be given to candidates with good computing and systems knowledge.
