Position: Tele Sales Representative (Premium Job)

Job Description

The Tele-Sales Representative will mainly be involved in answering the incoming calls from the customer, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems provide information.

The major job responsibilities are to:

• Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner
• Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
• Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data

Job Specification

• Candidate must have the strong communication skills.
• Candidate must have the ability to good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Candidate must have proficiency in English. (oral and written)
• Candidate must have polite and good personality.
• Candidate must have excellent knowledge of MS Office. (especially Excel and Word)
