Job Description
- Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving Internet connectivity and more.
- Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments.
- Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Perform field visit to resolve the technical issues at the customer end when necessary.
Job Specification
- Preferably Bachelor Degree Running in Management or 10+2 Completed
- Basic knowledge of operating a computer is must.
- Male candidate should have two wheeler license with own bike.
