Job Description

  • Product knowledge: Understanding the features and benefits of the products or services being sold and being able to communicate that information to customers.
  • Sales strategies: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including following up on sales, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales presentations: Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential customers in order to persuade them to make a purchase.
  • Sales reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, including maintaining customer databases and preparing sales reports.
  • Continuous learning: Continuously staying up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
