Job Description
- Report, edit and assign stories for the online media active and up to date
- Develop headlines, subheadings and other display types
- Manages and delegates the coverage of news items for broadcasting or online news media
- Responsible for assigning coverage to reporters, writers, photographers and other news team members
- News content generation (research, approach, and interviews)
- Relationship management (key contributors, news sources, government and local bodies, and more)
- Be up-to-date with the national and international hard news
- Maintain legal and ethical responsibility
- Deliver news content on schedule and meet deadlines
- Fact-check sources and information
