Position: Office Secretary (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Updating the databank on the basis of Processing List, Confirmation File and Interview Selection Record
• Entering data of prospective job seekers in the databank 
• Correspond to the companies through mail, telephone, whatsapp, viber
• Calling final selected /CV accepted candidates for medical process
• Provide a meet and greet function for Placements walk-in candidates and successfully communicate demand information and provide advice
• Look after the overall Processing for QATAR visa process.
• Must have General Knowledge of QVC appointment, tracking application and MOI  
• Implement plans as decided by the Company Management
• Assist Client during the interview time.
• Prepare necessary documents for completing Government Formalities
• Assist Manager and Other staff in office related activities

Job Specification

• Must have 3 years experience as a Secretary or recruitment coordinator in a Manpower recruitment Agency
• Good organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Should have prioritization and organizational skills
• Candidate must be fluent in English (Written and spoken)
• Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
