Job Description

 

Job Tasks:

  1. Responsible for implementation of strategies and marketing activities that will drive increased headcount and visits to the venue via these different marketing initiates.
  2. Conduct various promotional events as and when required.
  3. Ensure that the company’s brand is marketed in the correct manner to ensure a high level of awareness and acknowledgement of all amenities.
  4. Ensure that the brand and the properties are aligned.
  5. Oversee and have final responsibility for all direct mailings for the property.
  6. Identify and categorize the customers and plan different discount scheme for the same.
  7. Act as a resource for guests, management, and employees, to ensure a maximum level of satisfaction and service throughout the department and the restaurant.
  8. Work to reactive inactive VIP guests through direct contact i.e. mail, telephone, personal visits, etc.
  9. Resolves guests’ complaints and/or conflicts.
  10. Plan and organize various events with VIP customers which create awareness and promote the company.

Customer Service:

  1. Focus on guest recognition and quality of service delivery.
  2. Maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring efficient management of all guest issues, disputes, comments and suggestions.
  3. Maximize the positive experience for our guests by developing effective relationships with personnel across departments.
  4. Provide quality, accurate, timely and easily understandable project plans, reports and presentations to end users.
  5. Represent the company in a positive, professional and courteous manner to customers and staff.
  6. Uphold the excellent grooming and presentation standards of the company.

Service Support:

  1. Ensure efficient use and management of time.
  2. Sign relevant forms.
  3. Support the implementation of new policies and procedures issued by the management from time to time.
  4. Exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all and promote positive relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust and mutual respect.
  5. Perform all assigned duties efficiently, technically correct, follows Company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adhere to procedures and achieve a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction.
  6. Update oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Company’s rules and regulations.
  7. Attend divisional/departmental meetings and training when requested.
  8. Assist with other duties as determined by Operation Manager from time to time.Contribute new ideas and offer customer feedback to Operation Manager.
  9. Report any damaged or equipment breakdowns.Assist in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.

 

Job Specification

Qualifications:

  1. MBA in Management with Marketing as Major Subject .
  2. Prior experience in the related field will be an added advantage.

Knowledge:

  1. Ability to speak read and write English.
  2. Knowledge of planning and organizing small to large scale events.
  3. Possess a broad network and database of VIP guests.
  4. Thorough understanding of public relations, promotions and advertising including social, print and digital media.
  5. Knowledge of web designing.
  6. Awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures, essential.
