Job Description
  • Handle inbound Customer Service phone call
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving Internet connectivity and more.
  • Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments.
  • Prepare customer service summary reports, follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
  • Perform field visit to resolve the technical issues at the customer end when necessary.
