Job Description
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Sound PR with IT people.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience.
Job Specification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of IT and Terms
- Besides IT academic, one having prior experience of at least 6 months at IT Consultancy or IT Company(At the position of counselor or reception)
